Loretta brings over 25 years of executive experience at Nordstrom, where she held numerous leadership roles in merchandising. For over a decade, she has provided counsel to CEOs, C-suite executives, and investors, and has served as a Senior Advisor to Boston Consulting Group in their Retail Practice area. Her practical experience and insights have informed growth strategies and turnaround efforts. Loretta's expertise spans various consumer segments, from mass market to luxury, including apparel, accessories, beauty, and health & wellness.
Loretta specializes in uncovering opportunities and crafting customer-centric growth strategies. Her areas of expertise include product positioning, digital transformation, channel optimization, retail technology, organizational design, and leadership development.
